Post Workout Calculator

In order to jump start recovery, athletes need to consume a combination of protein and carbohydrate.  Sprint and endurance athletes have different post-workout nutritional needs than strength and power athletes. 

You can use this calculator to determine how much carbohydrate and protein you need to take in immediatley after a 1 hour high intensity workout.  Double these amounts for 2 hour workouts.
